Dated Luxury Weddings & Events uses this website to share our work, answer planning questions and receive wedding enquiries. This notice explains what the website collects and how we use it.
Information you choose to send us
When you submit an enquiry, we receive the details you enter, such as your name, contact details, wedding date or year, guest count, destination, celebration plans and message. We use this information to review your enquiry and respond to you.
When you use Dated’s D, your conversation is processed so D can respond. A conversation, celebration brief and contact details are passed to the Dated planning team only when you explicitly choose to share the brief and give consent.
Analytics, by choice
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the public website is used. Analytics is optional. Google Analytics is loaded only after you choose Allow analytics.
When analytics is allowed, we may measure page views, general device and browser information, general geography, scrolling, outbound-link interactions, enquiry activity and interactions with Dated’s D. We use these measurements to understand which pages help visitors and which journeys lead to an enquiry.
We do not intentionally send names, email addresses, phone numbers, enquiry message text or Dated’s D conversation text to Google Analytics.
If you choose Only essential, Google Analytics is not loaded by our website. You can change your choice at any time using Analytics preferences in the website footer.
Cookies and local storage
The website stores your analytics choice in your browser’s local storage so we can remember it. If you allow analytics, Google Analytics may use first-party cookies or similar browser storage for measurement.
Website operation and service providers
We use service providers to host and operate the website, deliver email, provide analytics and support website features. These providers may process limited information as needed to provide their services to us.
How long we keep enquiry information
We keep enquiry and lead information for as long as reasonably needed to respond, continue a planning relationship, maintain business records and meet applicable legal obligations. You can contact us if you would like us to review, correct or delete personal information we hold about you, subject to any records we are required to keep.

Lead attribution when you contact us
When you send an enquiry, we may attach limited source context to that enquiry, such as the page you arrived on, the referring website, and campaign information such as source, medium or campaign. This helps Dated Luxury Weddings & Events understand which marketing and partner referrals lead to genuine wedding enquiries.
If you allow analytics, first-touch attribution may be remembered for the current browser session so the original source is not lost while you move between pages. If you choose Only essential, that first-touch attribution is not retained in browser storage. An enquiry may still include the current page and source information available when you submit it.
